Stout’S Signature

Corbin is such a delight! This was our first time dining at Stouts. He was helpful, familiar with the menu, and very customer oriented. He was kind, skilled and patient. We absolutely enjoyed our experience

Our dinner reservations at the hotel were unexpectedly canceled, necessitating a search for alternative dining options on a Friday evening. Stouts not only accommodated our party but also promptly seated us upon arrival. The quality of both the food and beverages was exceptional. We anticipate returning to Stouts whenever we are in San Antonio.

My new fav date night restaurant! Our server was very informative and entertaining. She let my husband and I know the filet and the rosemary chicken were her favorite options on the menu and she was not lying! Both dishes came out perfectly cooked and so savory. We also ordered two drinks off of the signature cocktail menu, the espresso martini and the coffee old fashioned (smoked at the table) presentation was so impressive. We finished the night with a creme brûlée and that was also delicious. By far one of my favorite meals I’ve enjoyed in San Antonio. Shoutout to Katie for all the recommendations and the bartenders Luis and Sydney for their attention to detail on our drinks. Definitely returning

Enjoyed a date night here. We started off with the truffle fries and meatballs. Absolutely amazing, especially the garlic aïoli. For dinner I ordered the ribeye and my wife got the fillet. It was masterfully prepared. I’m not sure if the main course was better than the dessert. We ordered the cheesecake of the day, which was s’mores. This has to be the best cheesecake that I have had in quite a while. Strongly recommend you order the s’mores with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. Overall, outstanding restaurant and will definitely come back.

Guys this place… AMAZING! I went here for a solo birthday dinner and Kelly (my server) and team took such great care of me. Kelly was very knowledgeable and honest as she was assisting me with the menu and helped me order the perfect meal. I got the lambchops with polenta and broccolini and OMG! I woke up thinking about that plate which is what prompted me to write this review. Kelly also surprised me with a cute sparkly birthday shot, cocktail (with added mint per my request and was happy to do it!), and crème brûlée in honor of my birthday. So sweet! Best part, I was the only person there! Perfect way to close out my birthday! Thanks Stout’s yall live up to the great reviews !!

It was alright. Their internet was down so they had issues connecting with some of their cooks and had to put in handwritten orders. I felt bad because the waitress was stressed. The mussels came out cold, and appeared to be reheated. Complained to Colby who was friendly and personable. Great dude just had a way to put your mind at ease. We ordered pizza which was pretty good. The bread pudding was solid, although I felt a little over baked. Would try again, but not rushing to go back soon.

Great overall experience! Kitchen missed a few details, but it was delicious. Aidan was our server, and he was what really took the experience to the next level. Would definitely recommend.
